She Inspires (Global) Ltd was founded in 2018 to support women-led social enterprises, not-for-profit organisations and start-ups to survive, thrive and become sustainable.
We support our clients in Leicester and Leicestershire with fresh eyes and a helping hand to develop their goals and aspirations with annual grants and training to support their entrepreneurial spirit.
We exist to help solve the critical issues facing women-led organisations by providing a broad range of services and solutions.
She Inspires is a Leicester based not for profit consultancy set up by Zinthiya Ganeshpanchan to provide training and support to women-led community organisations, charities and social enterprises to start up and grow.
Zinthiya is using her years of experience setting up and growing a charity and other social enterprises for the benefit of her clients:
“There is very little support in out there for social organisations especially if you are in the start-up or at the very early stage of your journey. I know this because I have been there and have had to learn on the job.”
What makes She Inspires different is not only that the support is provided by individuals who have lived experiences in the field but also the fact that the revenue generated by the company is then re-invested into building the capacity of women led organisations and to improve the lives of women and children affected by poverty and violence in developing countries.
