We provide expert help and guidance to women who want to set up a new business, or venture but lack the knowledge and experience to know where to start.

She Inspires offer help with:

Refining your business idea

We can take you through the process of market and competitor research to refine your initial business idea into a fully functioning business with a strong purpose and clearly defined target audience.

Determine your business structure

Before registering your company, you need to decide what type of business it will be e.g. limited company, sole trader or a partnership.

The structure of your business will affect things like your income generation model, tax responsibilities etc. so we will help guide you through the process of determining what business structure is best for you.

Write a business plan

Once your idea is fully formed, we can then help you develop a detailed business plan. This will include everything from how you will finance your start-up costs to marketing, customer acquisition, managing suppliers, hiring employees and more.

Register your new business

Whatever structure you choose for your business, you will need to register it with HMRC. If you are setting up a limited company or a CIC you will also be required to register it on Companies House, along with details such as the company’s registered address, the names of the directors and how the shares are distributed.

This may seem daunting to those just starting out, so we will help you every step of the way so you can be sure your business is registered correctly.
