Whether you’re a charity, social enterprise, non-profit, or start-up, our Hub is available to hire as a meeting space, training centre, co-working office, or event venue, perfect for bringing people and ideas together. 
 
Available for daytime and evening bookings, the Hub offers flexible options for meetings, workshops, networking events, or team co-working sessions. It’s an inspiring environment to connect, create, and make an impact.

Venue hire price list 

Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm 
Small meeting room: £12 p/h 
Large hall: £20 p/h 
Booths: half day - £15, full day - £25 
 
Monday to Friday – after 5pm (and weekends) 
Small meeting room: £20 p/h 
Large hall: £30 p/h 
 
Mailbox 
£20 per month plus £10 set-up charge (one-off fee) 
 
Catering and other services for meetings 
Tea/Coffee/Water/Biscuits/Juice - £2.00 per person per serving
