She Inspires is a social enterprise that provides affordable practical support. We support organisations to transform, grow and become sustainable.
First and foremost She Inspires supports women in Leicester and Leicestershire and nationwide to grow their business ideas and dreams, through grants and training.
What makes us different is that all profits generated are then re-invested to provide capacity-building support to women-led organisations in the developing world.

Zinthiya Ganeshpanchan
Meet Zinthiya Ganeshpanchan – Founder & Director of She Inspires (Global) Ltd
With many years of experience delivering start-up and growth support to female-led businesses, Zinthiya Ganeshpanchan is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and social entrepreneurship.
A Fellow of the School of Social Enterprise and mentor for the School, Zinthiya has a proven track record in business coaching, leadership development, governance, and access to finance for growth. She also led the She Inspires Play Box start-up programme, which received funding from the Community-led Renewal Fund in 2021–2022.
She played a leading role in establishing the She Inspires Business Angels Group, registered with the UK Business Angels Association (UKBA), and continues to help women access vital seed funding and investment.
